TERMS & CONDITIONS

Golden Pacific is committed to partnering with promotional products distributors  and qualified
promotional products resellers and does not sell to end user companies.

 

Payment Terms-
Net 30 days with credit approval.  First order requires prepayment or credit card payment.
Memo bill available

 

Over Runs / Under Runs-
We strive for exact quantities shipped on all orders but reserve the right to ship 3%
over or under and bill accordingly.

 

Order Changes –
Any change to an order must be confirmed in writing.

 

Cancellations –
All orders are considered firm.  Cancellations will be accepted only if product has not
been printed.  Cancellation must be made in writing and received at Golden Pacific.
Verbal cancellations are not acceptable.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to blank
order cancellation upon shipment.  Custom orders & non catalog items are considered
considered firm after proof approval.

 

Custom Orders (OEM) –
All custom orders require 30% deposit, call for more information.

 

Disclaimer –
All orders are subject to product availability.  Golden Pacific cannot guarantee the
continuity of exact shade, color , size, weight, texture, construction or colorfastness
of finished goods, nor can we guarantee the contininuity of products if they’ve been
washed.  Golden Pacific cannot be liable for delays due to customs, shipping, acts
of God, material shortages, quotas or foreign government enforced shutdowns.
However, Golden Pacific will make every effort to meet delivery deadlines.  Any
descrepancies in quantity received must be reported to Golden Pacific within 48
hours of receipt.  Due to differences in monitors, product color may vary
slightly from website image.

 

Return Policy –
No returns will accepted if the product has been decorated.  For blank goods,
returns can be made within 90 days upon receiving the merchandise if the product
is defective, the wrong color/item or other supplier error.  A return authorization
form must be obtained from Golden Pacific and all returns are subject to a 25%
restocking fee (except for samples).


Endorsements –
Logos appearing on products do not represent an endorsement of our products.
These logos are examples of our decoration capabilities and placements and are
not for sale.


Shipping –
Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be shipped via FexEx or UPS.
Golden Pacific reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available
unless specifically pre-routed by customer.  US Post Office shipments add $5.00 (z)
handling charge per box.  There are no handling fees when using a 2nd or 3rd party
account.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges F.O.B. factory.
Changes to shipping instructions must be in writing.  Orders are not insured unless
requested on the P.O or in writing.  All orders become the customer’s party upon
factory’s delivery to carrier as shipments are F.O.B. factory.  There is an $11.00 (z)
charge per carton for incorrect addresses.  F.O.B. – Pomona, CA 91766


Split Shipments –
A handling charge of $5.00 per location plus the freight charges apply to split shipments
