BLANK GOODS: No minimums.Most Non-decorated products are sold at EQP less
$0.50(v). Most blank totes are sold at EQP less $0.25 (v).Please verify the style and color ordered and received is correct prior to
decorating. No refunds or credit will be issued after merchandise has been
decorated.
Orders received by 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time are shipped the
same day from NJ are shipped the same day if received by 11 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time.
TERMS: Net 30 days with credit approval. First orders require pre-pay. Memo bill
available (See Samples).
SHIPPING METHOD: Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be shipped
via FedEx. GP reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available
unless specifically pre-routed by customer. US Post Office Shipments add $5.00(z),
handling charge per box. Minimum charge $25.00(z).All decorated orders are
subject to a $5 handing fee when using a 2nd or 3rd party
billing account.Blank orders and samples not subject to these fees.
C.O.D. DROP SHIP: $6.00(z) handling charge per location, per release, plus freight
cost.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $5.00(z) / location: 100 pcs minimum, no additional charge.
F.O.B.: City of Industry, California
SAMPLES: Sample orders must be faxed or ordered online at
www.golden-pacific.com. All catalog items are available as blank samples
at EQP less 30% plus freight charges (LIMIT 3 PER ITEM). Prado collection and
Luggage samples available at EQP less 15% plus freight charges (LIMIT 2). Memo
billed sample orders are billed; returns are credited for merchandise only.
RETURNS: Return Authorization number must be obtained from factory for all
returns.
กกCUSTOM ORDERS:All custom orders requires a 30% deposit.
CHANGE TO ORDERS: Any changes on an order must be confirmed in
writing.
UNDER/OVER RUN: We reserve the right to under or over ship by 2% and bill
accordingly.
CANCELLATION: Catalog styles-All orders are considered firm. Cancellations
will be accepted only if product has not been printed. Cancellation must be made in
writing & received at GP, verbal cancellations are not acceptable. A 20% restocking
fee may be applied. Custom orders -Non catalog items or custom orders are
considered firm after proof approval.
DISCLAIMER: Due to circumstances beyond our control, GP cannot guarantee
continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, or construction of finished
goods. GP shall not be liable for the inability to ship an order(s) on time due to
quota, custom, or natural causes. GP will make every effort to meet delivery.
